Nurses in senior care facilities struggled with inefficient workflows when tracking and managing residents’ needs. The lack of a centralized system led to miscommunication, delays, and potential lapses in care, affecting both staff efficiency and resident satisfaction. Without a tool designed to support their daily operations, nurses faced unnecessary challenges in delivering personalized, timely, and high-quality care.

To address these challenges, I designed a Resident Portal SaaS product tailored specifically for senior care facilities. By conducting in-depth user research with nurses and caregivers, I identified critical pain points and opportunities for improvement. The resulting platform provided:

• Resident Profiles – A centralized hub for tracking medical history, medication schedules, dietary preferences, and activity plans.
• Real-Time Updates & Alerts – Instant notifications to keep staff informed of critical changes in resident needs.
• Task Management & Collaboration Tools – A streamlined system for nurses to assign, track, and complete caregiving tasks efficiently.
• Reporting & Analytics – Actionable insights to improve care planning and ensure compliance with facility protocols.

I played a key role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of this SaaS product. My contributions included:

• User Research & Insights – Conducted interviews and observational studies with nurses to deeply understand their workflow.
• User Experience & Interface Design – Created wireframes, user flows, and prototypes optimized for clarity and efficiency.
